Terms of Use

You may only use the Platform if you are of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all laws that apply to you. The Platform is not available where its use would be prohibited.

Lootbox is an entertainment marketplace of provably fair, blockchain-based loot boxes tied to memecoins. Each open pays out according to a fixed, published formula that includes a guaranteed floor and a house edge. Outcomes are random and cannot be manipulated by you or by the Platform.

You interact with the Platform through your own self-custodied wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, and the transactions you approve. All on-chain transactions are final and irreversible. The Platform never takes custody of your wallet and cannot reverse, cancel, or refund a confirmed transaction.

Box prices are shown before you pay. Every open carries a small, constant house edge, so the long-run expected return is below the amount paid. A portion of that edge funds on-chain buyback + burn of the relevant memecoin and of $LOOTBOX. You accept these mechanics when you open a box.

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to exploit, attack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure; use bots, scripts, or other means to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage; or interfere with other users' access. We may restrict access for conduct that breaches these Terms.

The Platform depends on public third-party infrastructure, including the Solana network, decentralized exchanges, and token launch platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those services or of any token listed on the Platform.

The Lootbox name, brand, interface, and original content are the property of the Platform and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without permission, except as allowed by law.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds, data, or opportunity.
